Abstract	A general description of the respondents would indicate women between the ages of 31 to 45 years, living in La Crosse or Onalaska, and having a household income of $25,000 to $50,000. They appear to be stay-at-home moms caring for as many as three children, generally including at least one pre-schooler. The results seem to indicate that, for the most part, the audience of "River City Parents" applauds the concept and the efforts of the publisher. However, results also indicate a few critics expecting a more professional product before the newsletter will be deemed as a credible source.
