Abstract
| This photograph was published in the La Crosse Tribune on May 6, 1958 with the article "District Library Group Meets In La Crosse." The photograph's caption reads: "Members of the West Central District Library Conference assembled in La Crosse Tuesday. Among participants in the program were, from left: Seated - Miss Elizabeth Burr, state library consultant on services to children and youth; Miss S. Janice Kee, executive secretary, Wisconsin Free Library Commission; and Kenneth F. Duchac, director, American Library Assn. 'Library-Community Pilot Project In Wisconsin.' Standing - John C. Frantz and Miss Dorothy Naughton, state public library consultants."
On the envelope housing the negative is written: "May 5, 1958. South Branch Library - West Central district Library conference." |
